Sylvie Boisel Delights Crowds at Moe.....
Jazz enthusiasts from, New South Wales, South Australia, Queensland and Victorian who attended Moe’s TRUenergy Yallourn’s Jazz Festival 2010 were privileged to enjoy the talents of Sylvie Boisel, ‘Jazz and French Vocalist Extraordinaire’.
Sylvie delighted audiences with her unique vocal renditions of a range of traditional and contemporary ‘jazz’ tunes. Sylvie’s eloquent vocal prowess coupled with her delightful personality impressed all who attended her scintillating performances.
Ably backed by popular Zenith New Orleans Jazz Band from Sydney, Sylvie was a true feature at the festival. We were truly honoured to be the first jazz festival at which Sylvie had performed. One can only wonder as what is to come as Sylvie is featured in jazz festivals around Australia.
We wish Sylvie all the best in her musical ventures and hope that one day she may return to Moe to delight us once more.
